  • Describe pathophysiology, diagnosis and management strategies for:
    • Hypertension, preeclampsia/eclampsia, and HELLP syndrome
    • Gestational diabetes and neonatal hypoglycemia
    • Venous thromboembolism (VTE)
  • Understand maternal and fetal risks associated with poorly controlled chronic conditions or unsafe medications.
  • Apply evidence-based guidelines to optimize outcomes for both mother and baby.
